International Amateur Golf Fest

The Rules

Day 1: 9 holes Best Ball with Handicap
Teams of 2 players. Both players tee off, and the best ball is chosen. The
next shot is played by both players from this spot. This process is
repeated until the ball is holed. This determines the hole's score.
The final score is adjusted for handicap and converted to Stableford.

Handicap Calculation:
The two players' handicaps are added together and then divided by 4.

Example: Player A has a handicap of 16, and Player B has a handicap of 28.

16 + 28 = 44, 44 ÷ 4 = 11.

This team, therefore is playing with handicap 11

Day 2: 9 holes Four Ball with Handicap
Teams of 2 players (same players as Day 1). Both players play their own
ball and record their individual scores. The best net score per hole (from
either player) is counted as the team's score for that hole.

The score is converted to Stableford.

The scores from Day 1 and Day 2 are combined. The team with the most
Stableford points over both days wins. In case of a tie, the team with the
lowest combined handicap wins.
